Journey Call ~ 60 minutes $108 ~ Personalized time for deepening discussions on holistic ways of being, self-care tools, questions and options relating to session work or personalized mentoring for holistic practitioners. Discover tools for your journey and create an open space for discussion, sharing and asking questions. Self-Care and guide tools shared are based on my experiences through the years.

Journey Within Package ~ Healing can happen in a moment, or over a longer period of time depending on the person and situation. Committing to multiple sessions allows for deepening into the process and provides you with more support. This is especially important when working with big changes, chronic issues, such as mind-body-spirit health related, or long standing themes and patterns.
